Standards of Coaching -
Our International Accreditation through the Certified Coaches Alliance provides our graduates with certification based upon the eleven (11) 'Core Competencies' and Ethical Standards as identified by most world-wide coaching associations such as the I.C.F. and others.

Programs are designed so that your students will quickly learn and develop the necessary techniques and methodologies necessary to engage a growing and thriving coaching practice in today's marketplace.

Our faculty can only be in so many places and work with so many people. Rhema International has developed a Master Coach Course tailored to meet the needs of a highly skilled and demanding professionals who wish to practice coaching at an elite level. However, today thousands of companies and individuals simply want to participate in instructional 'first-level' seminars and workshops. This unique, collaborative program between Rhema International and the Certified Coaches Alliance and qualified facilitators is therefore meant to service the needs of a much larger, ever-growing marketplace than one coaching school is positioned or able to service.

You can become a licensed holder of a 'Master Coaching Territory' allowing you to open your own school of training and to certify coaches through the Certified Coaches Alliance in your licensed territory.

What you receive as a licensee -
Your training license agreement provides you with all of your course training materials, supplemental and working forms necessary to effectively manage the training of your students. You also receive one 'Trainer Certificate.' If you will be working with other trainers, you can purchase additional Trainer Certificates.

Pricing your course -
You set your own pricing and your own format of training. Some licenses include complete re-branding of the materials so that they will only reflect your business name and philosophy. This opportunity is open to all who want to earn a good income by training individuals to become an effective life coach.

Presenting your program -
Presenting your program is fun and exciting! In fact, you have complete control of how you decide to roll out your program. Here are several options:

• Via email;
• Face to face seminars;
• Teleconferencing;
• Online training;
• Webinars.

You are limited only to your own imagination and desires.

At no extra cost you can even step away from training and focus your efforts on growing your student-body by having your students call in to training calls sponsored by the Certified Coaches Alliance, our International Accreditation and Certification body.

Royalties/Licensing FEES -
Rather than adopt the traditional financial arrangement of assigning/franchising the rights to educational materials in return for an ongoing set of service fees, marketing levies, hidden administration charges and a series of exorbitant franchise type royalty fees of 7.5% to 15% of each year's revenue, we have opted for a simpler, affordable regional Facilitator Licensing program -allowing the licensee to operate in an autonomous fashion while still receiving the support they require successfully run your business with a minimum number of staff required.
